Our beloved Karen is retiring! After 34 years, Karen Wasinger will retire at the end of December 2026. We are currently taking applications for her replacement as Bookkeeper & Benefits Coordinator for Holy Cross & St. Teresa Parishes. Though she was full time, we are simplifying her work to involve an accounting agency called Profit Builders in Wichita, which handles about 25 other parishes and Catholic schools for our Diocese. This job would require the following:
- 15-20 hours weekly
- Track all deposits into church, school, & lunch accounts
- Manage invoices, coding, payables, and employee timecards & benefits
- Work closely with Profit Builders regarding all of these endeavors
- Help manage Holy Cross School lunch account activity
- Miscellaneous office duties
