Steubenville Mid-America Youth Conference is in Springfield, MO. We will depart early on Friday, July 10, and return the afternoon of Sunday, July 12.

This powerful weekend will bring together hundreds of young people to grow in their faith through inspiring speakers, praise and worship, daily Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This year’s theme is “Worthy” (1 Samuel 17:47).

Trip Details & Costs

The total cost for the trip is $350, which includes:
✅ Conference registration
✅ On-campus lodging
✅ Meals (Friday dinner, all meals Saturday, and Sunday breakfast)
✅ Transportation
✅ A group t-shirt

Additional Expenses:
Participants should bring extra money for meals while traveling. There will also be a conference store where they can purchase books, t-shirts, and other items.

Scholarship Opportunity

The conference is offering a limited number of scholarships. The deadline to apply is March 26th.

Fundraising Opportunity

We are partnering with Carriage Crossing for a pie fundraiser! Customers can purchase “Whole Pie Gift Cards” to redeem for a pie at Carriage Crossing.

Sell pie cards for $20 each, and students will earn $6.50 per pie sold.

Sales run March 23 through April 13. Turn in payments and unsold pie cards to the HC Parish Office or Mrs. Griffith at TC.
