“When I was a stranger, you welcomed me”
A stewardship parish is a welcoming parish, a parish that reaches out and welcomes new members to the parish family. It fosters a sense of ownership and personal involvement in lived stewardship to the parish family. When parishioners experience a warm and personal involvement, this fosters a sense of belonging and they in turn become open to give of themselves to others. Why is hospitality first? People need to be in the pews to be stewards!
Stewardship Council
This council is responsible for the annual renewal of the parish stewardship programs. Our Mission Statement is: “Stewardship is an expression of discipleship.” The stewardship council will work to develop opportunities for all parish members to grow in union with God and one another, through prayer, hospitality, formation and service.
Altar Society
The mission of the Altar Society is to meet the needs of the sanctuary and the altar for the Church. The Altar Society also assists with funeral dinners and wedding/anniversary receptions and any other request of the pastor. The Altar Society is made up of all ladies of the Parish who work together in the spirit of fellowship while doing work for the Lord. Altar society meetings are held both during the day and/or evening to accommodate all women of the parish.

Welcome Committee
This is an opportunity to welcome new parishioners into our parish family. Those involved will help acquaint individuals and families to the many programs and opportunities in our parish. We are seeking individuals who would enjoy meeting new members, making phone calls, OR taking pictures of new members. Can you help with any of these duties?
